Covering India’s capital Delhi, Rajasthan’s wildlife treasure – Ranthambore national park, Bharatpur, historic city Agra, Corbett National park, and Nainital, we create the most mesmerizing experience for the tourists.

Day 01: Arriving In Delhi :

The first day of tour starts when you reaches in the capital city – Delhi and at the airport, our representative meets you and transfers you to the pre-booked hotel. Have an overnight stay at that hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing Delhi:

In the morning, spend some leisure hours in your hotel room and set off for birding near River Yamuna in the afternoon. During this birding experience, you can sight Black headed Gull, Terns, Storks, Brown headed Gull, Striated Babbler, 4 – 5 Prinia species river Lapwing and several others. After a wonderful birding experience in Delhi, get back to your hotel in the evening and have hearty dinner there and enjoy lavish stay overnight.

Day 03: Ranthambore National Park Visit:

Next day, have a hearty breakfast in your hotel room and set off for railway station to catch your pre-booked train to Sawai Madhopur which is a railway station near Ranthambore National Park. You will reach there at 1:15 PM in the afternoon. There, you will meet one of our representative who will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. In the evening, enjoy a game drive in Ranthambore national park and then, have a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 04: Sightseeing Ranthambore National Park :

In the morning, enjoy remarkable game drive again in the park and after that, a mesmerising birding is awaiting for you outside this park. During birding, you get to see Painted Sand grouse, Pipits, Painted Spur fowl and Chestnut-Bellied Sand grouse Larks. In the evening, be a part of game drive in park again and then, back to your hotel where a mouth-watering dinner is awaiting you. After enjoying dinner, have comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 05: Visiting Ranthambore National Park:

Ranthambore national park is a big and the most prestigious park in India; hence, to cover each enjoyable aspect, you need few days of time. It is a reason, we have scheduled three days to explore Ranthambore national park. So, the fifth day is also dedicated to this park and exploration starts right from the morning. We schedule a morning excursion for Soorwal Dam which is 7 kms away. It is a great destination for birding. At this Dam, you can find several unexplored bird species like Eurasian Thick-Knee and Indian Courser along with many other rarest species. In the evening, another game drive in the park for exploring wildlife available inside. After a tiring but adventurous visit, spend a peaceful stay at hotel overnight.

Day 06: Back To Delhi:

In the morning, check out from hotel and transfer to your last and first destination – Delhi. On reaching Delhi, check in your hotel room and have some rest and then, check out to catch your flight from airport.

Note :
1. Above mentioned package is not applicable for long weekend, any festive holiday, Christmas and New Year.
2. Above mentioned tour will be booked minimum 2 days before of your traveling date.
Terms & conditions :
In all hotels base category room will be provided.
In case of upgradation of room will cost extra and pay to the hotel directly.
Time of check-in 12:00 noon and check out 11:00 AM.
Please make sure and enter correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
In case of non availability of rooms in mentioned hotel we shall provide similar standard hotel.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
Company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft or dammage of luggage.
We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure :
In case if you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing. Please make it sure that cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. Following cancellation policy would be applicable:
30 days prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost.
15 days to 29 days prior to arrival – 30% of the tour cost.
07 days to 14 days prior to arrival – 40 % of the tour cost
02 days to 06 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
In case of peak season – weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X’Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
